Shipping policy

At Sunkiss'd, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sunkiss'd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@sunkissd.com before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but cannot be located
  • Lost in transit
  • Significantly delayed

Please contact us at hello@sunkissd.com, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
